Jeff and I are moving into a house. I can't believe it. We are soooo excited. Today was inspection day, where we walked around the premises over and over with "Scott, the inspection guy". He was in fact very thorough much to our liking. We found that there were only a few details that the sellers would have to fix. Isnt that how it works? So March 30 is the closing date, where Jeff and I will start our lives as Home Owner's and enter the real responsible world. There are so many things that i want to do to the house, i lose sleep thinking about them all.

-hardwood floors in living room, dining room and kitchen,
-paint sterile white walls, rainbow colors,
-tile both bathrooms to include a retro sexy vibe
-destroy old deck and build new one with hottub,
-plant gardens and grass,
-install central air so Jeff doesnt keel over from Mold
-etc. etc etc.
